The baseline data is a combination of three calendar years, 2012-2014. This time span was selected to provide a more stable, accurate baseline for this type of data. During this time span, there was an increase in the number of FTEs and hours worked and a slight fluctuation of reportable injuries.
Percentage reduction in workplace injuries and occupational disease cases per FTE employee from baseline:
33.52

Our previous report inadvertently used the total number of employees on payroll, rather than the FTE of employees, for both the baseline years and performance year. All numbers have been updated in this report to reflect FTE of employees.
