The methodology was two-fold: 1) faculty were asked to self-identify their courses and provide descriptions; 2) staff compared the list of respondents and courses to both the environmental program curriculum and the courses that have been generated from the sustainability-across-the-curriculum workshop in order to complete the list.

The number of "departments" includes interdisciplinary and other programs that offer courses outside of departments.
