A brief description of the management system:
The university is using Lucid Systems as a gateway for energy consumption and performance. It was fully implemented in the fall of 2011, after the reporting date. Prior to that, a Nexxus system gathered building sub-metering data for tracking purposes.

Building Schedules are the most common item being set back. Most lighting controls are also occupancy based, not by schedules. We currently do not do any peak shedding or demand limiting.
