Trayless for 10 years which significantly reduces food waste. We have one cafeteria and one snack bar. Trays were removed from both and diners must use their plates/bowls to transport food. Return trips are allowed and drinks are dispensed into glasses which are returned for sanitizing.

Food not utilized between large University breaks is donated to the Food Bank for use. For example, we work in partnership with the food bank for a summer feeding program that benefits the Rosemont Boys and Girls Club.
