The student run organization Marlins Go Green runs an Instagram page wherein they detail various sustainability oriented events on campus as well as provide tips on how to live a sustainable lifestyle while residing on the VWU campus.

Yes

A brief description of the signage that highlights sustainability features on campus:

There is extensive signage in the Greer Environmental Sciences Center, a LEED certified building, explaining sustainability features of the building (geothermal wells, green roof, solar panels, etc.). The building also has two large touchscreen monitors on which you can explore sustainability features and building data (ex. real time solar energy generation graphs). The building is included on all campus tours, during which the features and signs are pointed out to prospective students.
The garden surrounding the center includes native plants, pollinator gardens, and stormwater ponds which have extensive signage explaining their ecosystem benefits.
Additional signs on campus identify the Old Growth Beach Forest, a long-leaf pine grove, and the VWU-ODU Climate Research Station.
