The total 227,709 GSF represents a total of 5 buildings with dates of LEED Certification from January 2019 to January 2024. Our attached LEED Summary Table shows all completed projects, projects pending certification, and projects under construction and design. Not all of those projects are counted towards our total. The only buildings counted towards our total are the ones built and certified within our 5 year timeline. The VT Carilion Biomedical Research Expansion was not counted toward our total GSF despite meeting the timeframe requirements due to the fact that it is outside of our institutional boundary established in our PRE-3 credit.
