The STARS 2.2 Food and Beverage Purchasing Inventory was used to calculate spend in each category. Two different time frames, each totaling one year were used for the two different categories due to data availability limitations. For plant based purchasing, the time frame 7/1/22-6/30/23 was used. For sustainable and ethically produced purchases, the time frame 10/1/21-9/30/22 was used. The Sustainable Verified inventory is included in the "inventory of food and beverage purchases" section and the Plant Based inventory is included in the "Additional Documentation" section.
