Research Inventory
Inventory of the institution’s sustainability research:
A brief description of the methodology the institution followed to complete the research inventory:
The total number of employees that conduct research was determined by identifying "Teaching and Research Faculty" in the VCU Data Digest. This inventory was completed by reviewing publicly available research publications on the Web of Science database, in the Explore VCU Research website (https://evr.vcu.edu/) and by reviewing individual faculty member research interests listed on their department websites. The Web of Science database was searched using specific sustainability search terms generated from the STARS suggested keywords for sustainability course and research inventories. The keywords qualifying individual faculty for inclusion are listed in the attached research inventory.
