A brief description of the time period on which the figures reported above are based :

NOTE: Janitorial paper data is INCLUDED in the cleaning product total. Our janitorial contractor provided us with the TOTAL EXPENDITURES on Green Seal or UL ECOLOGO certified, Safer Choice labeled, and FSC products.

$441,712.78 represents both JANITORIAL PAPER and CLEANING PRODUCTS that ARE FSC, Green Seal, Safer Choice, and/or UL ECOLOGO certified.
$501,750.22 represents TOTAL expenditures on Janitorial Supplies

The data fields above would not allow me to leave the "Janitorial paper products" blank, so I repeated the same numbers as above-THESE NUMBERS REPRESENT BOTH "JANITORIAL PAPER" and "CLEANING PRODUCTS"

The above data is from fiscal year 2020, with figures from July'19 to June'20. We pay a per building fee to our janitorial service, VCU does not purchase our janitorial supplies directly. The figures above represent data from SSC Services for Education.
