Has the institution developed a bicycle plan?:
A brief description of the plan:
VCU completed a State of Cycling Study, which consisted of an infrastructure inventory of both campuses. A student survey was administered to understand student demand for bike infrastructure and programs. Based on the student need, we have implemented more bike infrastructure and programs including Mobility Hubs, bike racks, and a bike policy in development.
