Physical Plant Department staff received LEED Green Associates Training plus a module in LEED GBOM. VCU's inaugural LEED EBOM project will be the Walter L. Rice Education Building with buildings to be selected on both campuses to follow. The Green Building Services Manager position was created and filled in July 2010 to oversee LEED EBOM projects as well as further LEED GBOM training of PPD staff. All occupants at the VCU Rice Center must adhere to the policies and plans for LEED EBOM.
