A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:
Every new staff member who is hired has to go through new hire orientation. The sustainability manager attends the monthly new hire staff training sessions to present on the University's sustainability efforts. In addition to the presentation, all new hires are given handouts with additional information on Villanova's sustainability program and how they can get involved.
