Yes

A brief description of the single-use disposable plastics that have been banned or eliminated:
Single-use plastic and styrofoam for dining have been completed eliminated and replaced with biodegradable counterparts. Water bottles also have a standing ban as well, suspended briefly due to the pandemic.
