A brief description of the institution’s indoor air quality program(s) (including information about regular auditing or monitoring, mechanisms for occupants to register complaints, and action plans):
The IAQ policy of the college covers all occupied space on campus. It regulates air quality related to building material contamination, carbon dioxide, contamination from inside the building, contamination from outside the building, inadequate ventilation microbial contamination, relative humidity, and temperature. It provides a three-phase hierarchy of assessment of air quality situations. The building automation system maintains 72 hours of data for each building's HVAC system which can be used to troubleshoot programs and address occupant complaints.
