In order to inventory sustainability-centered courses at Vassar, the committee used the Course Catalogue as a main reference point. In reviewing the Course Catalog, we searched for specific terms used in class descriptions such as sustainability, the impacts of climate change, and environmentalism. After a thorough review of the course catalog we narrowed down the classes and divided them into sustainability-centered and sustainability-focused based on the definitions we had previously established.
