The Campus Investment Responsibility Committee (CIRC) meets 5-6 times a year and advises the Trustee Investor Responsibility Committee. CIRC does have multi stake-holder representation. The CIRC reviews issues of social responsibility related to companies in Vassar’s investment portfolio, and makes recommendations to the Trustees. Each member selects 2-3 topics (global labor standards, defense, tobacco, etc.)
