Although there is no official policy regarding condensed work week, Vassar reviews condensed working possibilities on a case-by–case basis. If a Vassar employee is able to finish their work and they request work days from home, Vassar College will consider the request and offer sufficient amount of flexibility with time arrangements. Also, most professors only need to come in when they have classes or other work around campus. Otherwise they are free to just email and continue with work at home.
