A brief description of the institution’s wellness and/or employee assistance program(s):
Vanier College has a Mental Health & Wellness center that makes counseling, referral, and wellbeing services available to all students. In 2019-2020, the staff at the center include two psychologists, a registered psychotherapist, and a social worker. Through the College’s partnership with the CIUSS-du- Nord-de-Montreal, a registered nurse is on campus four days a week.

For employees, Vanier College is partnered with Groupe Santé Physimed to offer support services such as social support and psychological assistance to employees and their family members. The College also has a fitness program, athletic therapy clinic and Centre de la Petit Enfance (CPE) daycare available to employees.
