Survey(s) conducted. Department meetings are held within the sectors whereby employees can express their concerns.

Meetings convened with the Union Group(s) executives VCSPA & AVCP, VCTA executive and the DG's office. Sensitive issues are addressed by the Director of HRS and HRS managers on a case by case approach.
