Assumptions based on CMAQ grant calculations, Kimley Horn TDM consultant modal split analysis of University combined with 2019 data provided by VU Traffic and Parking regarding parking permits and bike registrations. Changes to the commuting population due to increased remote and telecommuting work were considered when evaluation the number of commuters coming to campus during the 2021-2022 year.
