Data source(s) and notes about the submission:
100% of our East Campus was retrofitted from air-cooled to water-cooled chiller plant with central distribution, Building Automation System (BAS) and lighting controls. Our West Campus has a high-efficiency chiller, completed distribution loop. Removing a defective old natural gas boiler saved $150,000/yr replacing it with two 10 million BTU boilers. Osceola Campus changed from air-cooled to water-cooled chillers and added lighting controls. CJI added thermal storage and BAS. Winter Park added an energy efficient chiller. On West lighting in breezeways was changed from high-pressure sodium to induction lighting. In parking lot lights were changed from high-pressure sodium to metal halide.
