Valencia College has Support Programs for Under-Represented Groups. The Office of Bridges to Success (BTS) is responsible for working with diverse populations to assist with the post-secondary transition from application to enrollment and graduation; assist the college in creating an educational environment that supports the success of these students. In addition, BTS is committed to helping all students become successful in achieving their educational and career goals. In addition to offering skillshops and mentoring, BTS covers the cost of tuition, fees, supplies, and books for students participating in the program
(31 Credit Hours for Academic Year = $5, 204.86).

Valencia College has a diversity and equity committee, entitled the Annual Equity Update Report Taskforce members. Toward our college's objective to have faculty reflect our diverse student body a diversity representative is on each hiring committee. The Diversity & Inclusion Office is available for support.
