The total compensation includes USU’s contribution for social security, family health and dental insurance, disability, workers compensation, life insurance, and retirement. The value of our benefit package is 45.00% of salary. In fiscal year 2022, $16.72/hour is 78.17% of the local living wage of $21.39/hour.
