The university organized the one-day Future Memory: Mapping the Anthropocene Conference, hosted at Utah State University in spring 2019. The planning committee consisted primarily of USU faculty, staff, and students.

Yes, USU has exchanged resources with several other institutions, including compost information with University of Wyoming and faculty carbon resolutions with the University of Utah, carbon pricing with Weber State University. USU's Crossroads Project has visited other universities, including University of Montana.
