Campus Climate Survey was administered in 2014 by an off campus consulting firm sponsored by the Office of Human Resources and the Diversity Council. Two separate surveys were given. One for faculty and staff while the other was specifically for students.

A brief description of the most recent assessment findings and how the results are used in shaping policy, programs and initiatives:
As of November 2015, retention data was gathered to include with the student assessment. As of January 2016, the approval was granted to present findings of the student focused campus climate survey to the Executive Diversity Council. This presentation will happen prior to the end of the semester. The staff and faculty survey findings have not been presented to date.

The results of the faculty and staff climate survey are still under review and haven’t been shared with the campus community. The data from the student
climate survey will be presented in the near future.
