The Facilities building offers indoor bicycle parking, showers, and lockers. The university also offers covered outdoor bicycle parking in seven locations and showers and lockers in the HPER building and Fieldhouse. Bike lockers are being installed in the vicinity.

Aggie Blue Bikes provides over 300 bicycles for free checkout to the campus community. The program includes bikes for three-month checkout as well as unicycles, tandem bikes, racing bikes, mountain bikes, and beach cruisers for daily checkout. The program also operates a bike shop with individual tutorials, and educational events. The shop is open to the public for a fee.

Aggie Shuttles are a fare free service provided to the Utah State University community and visitors. The vehicles run five daytime routes and one evening route on natural gas. Ridership exceeds one million rides per year.
