The Sustainability Council has several work groups that focus on different areas of sustainability. Each group developed a mission statement and goals.

The plan sets goals for energy and water consumption, student engagement, food purchasing, faculty modal split, and recycling.

The work groups made an effort for many of the goals to be SMART, so most goals have associated metrics, e.g. students educated, tonnes diverted, etc.
