Ursinus College works with Parkhurst Dining as the College's Dining Services provider. Parkhurst began working with Ursinus College on July 1, 2024, thus data from previous dining service provider is not available. The reporting period does not account for a full fiscal or calandar year. Instead the reporting period spans July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. For the reporting period, Parkhurst inventoried the total amount of dollars spend on all food and beverage purchases and compared it to the amount of dollars spent on sustainably or ethically produced goods.  The Inventory utilized was the AASHE STARS template and that file has been uploaded to the AASHE STARS portal. 


Description of the methodology used to determine the spend on plant-based foods:

Ursinus College works with Parkhurst Dining as the College's Dining Services provider. Parkhurst began working with Ursinus College on July 1, 2024, thus data from previous dining service provider is not available.
