There is not a stated preference for EPEAT purchases, but we usually purchase with Apple or Vanguard (HP) for these items since they are approved state contracted vendors. Both product lines use the EPEAT rating system for their products.
Gold-certified products appear in the Catalog of equipment available for general campus purchase. Additional specialty or one-time product purchases make up the difference between certified equipment and total purchase amount, but we cannot verify EPEAT certification since these items are not documented.
