There are significant opportunities to engage employees in sustainability practices, particularly as they relate to utility reduction and waste handling efforts. Trash and energy audits and recommendations for changes in best practices can have invaluable feedback provided from front-line employees that deal with the details and are the ones that actually implement the resource-saving practices. This will be a priority project to explore and hopefully implement in the next two years.
