A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:
The Applied Research Center does an employee satisfaction survey, typically every three years. The survey instrument has changed over time. It was initially a morale survey, then a job engagement survey, and in 2014 a campus climate survey. 2014 was the most recent survey and it was administered electronically to all faculty, staff and students. In 2014, employee satisfaction was measured at 73% with a combined campus climate and job engagement survey. Survey results are posted on the information portal.
