Inclusive Excellence is a UW System planning process. UW-Stout is committed to this process to cultivate an environment that fosters and promotes diversity, equity, inclusion, and accountability at every level of university life. UW-Stout values the presence and participation of diverse individuals and groups. The Inclusive Excellence process is engaged in creating learning environments in which students, faculty, and staff of all backgrounds can thrive and fulfill their academic, personal, and professional potential in a diverse nation and world.
*The Diversity Leadership Team is a committee responsible for developing the
Inclusive Excellence action plan using a participatory process, keeping it current,
and ensuring completion of all tasks on the plan
Minority Faculty Staff Network
The MSF was created to foster growth and opportunities for minority faculty and staff, to create an awareness of people from diverse backgrounds, and to enhance relationships to benefit the campus and community at-large.
The Pride Alliance
The UW System Inclusivity Initiative for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning People is to promote the success of all UWS students, staff, and faculty and support the development and dissemination of new knowledge concerning LGBTQ people and issues.
