The Campus Climate Survey measures the climate of diversity and inclusiveness on the UW-Stout campus with regard to race, ethnicity, gender identity and sexual orientation, religious affiliation, veteran status, etc. The survey also reveals differences between classified and unclassified staff in regards to attitudes about diversity and equity on campus.

A brief description of how the results of the assessment(s) are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:
Survey results are disseminated in various forms and accessible to everyone. Results were discussed at the campus-wide Engagement Session with approximately 700 staff and faculty discussing it with the goal of using results to shape future initiatives. The Chancellor’s advisory council, the Diversity Leadership Team and other committees have reviewed results to guide future decision making.
