Campus sustainability is one of the five Key Components of the Master Plan. Goals of the plan are to identify opportunities for sustainability, review state requirements and review the stormwater plan. Sustainability is incorporated throughout the plan and directly addressed in the following areas:
*Improving the energy and
environmental performance of existing and new buildings
*Making parking areas on campus environmentally
conscious and neighborhood friendly
*Ensuring new building design standards continue to evolve
to improve energy efficiencies
