All the buildings projects were built 30% better than code. This makes them equivalent to LEED silver certified (they are certifiable, but not currently certified). Impact to the area, energy consumption, renewable materials, indoor environmental quality, water reduction, and storm water management to name a few were considered in each remodeling project.
