The campus has a comprehensive Building Automation System (BAS) that is constantly monitored for conditions outside the preset operational range (example: temperature ranges). When conditions are outside the operational range, an alarm is initiated within the system and a technician alerted to the situation. The campus maintenance team also uses a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to report, manage and respond to building occupant complaints regarding indoor air quality. HVAC technicians are dispatched to the site when complaints are registered.
