Samantha Kaplan- a UWSP Professors, has been leading the efforts towards hosting the 2021 Upper Midwest Association for Campus Sustainability Conference.
Dave Barbier, campus sustainability director collaborates each year with other Univesity of Wisconsin Sustainability offices to host the UW System Sustainability conference.

A brief description of the mentoring relationship and activities:
The UW System 13 campus sustainability offices meet monthly to collaborate, brainstorm and provide feedback to each of the other campuses. One of the working groups that we engage with has been the the UW-System AASHE stars working group. That recently presented at GCSHE and was the initial auditor of this report.
Several of our extension programs mentor other institutions and community programs. Some examples:
Center for Land Use Education specialists, with input from our partners, create learning opportunities for communities. By providing up-to-date, comprehensive training on planning and zoning taylored to address specific local needs, our specialist are able to assist towns, villages, cities and counties in making sound land use decisions.

UW Extension Lakes work with the 766 lake organizations in Wisconsin and coordinate a number of programs and projects to assist those concerned with the future of our lakes.

The UW System Offices of Sustainability have a collaborative google drive of AASHE Stars data that is applicable to all campuses. We have an AASHE STARS working group that meets to train campuses in reporting and answer any questions.
