A brief description of the methodology the institution followed to complete the research inventory:
The Office of Sustainability requested a faculty list from Academic Affairs and contacted each of our four colleges, Fine Arts & Communication, Natural Resources, Letters & Science and Professional Studies to determine how many faculty were engaged in research and sustainability-related research. We also received a research report from the university Office of Research and Sponsored Programs which was cross-checked against the information received from the colleges.
