A brief description of the innovative policy, practice, program, or outcome:
Construction of a Waste Education Center/Management lab and campus resource recovery center. The lab will consist of a wastewater pilot plant, a composting lab and a microbiology lab. The wastewater pilot plant will contain a miniature wastewater treatment facility used for educational purposes.
