Student Health and Counseling Services' programs are aimed at students but they are open to faculty and staff as well. The "Employee Assistance Program" (EAP) is a counseling and referral service for employees and their families. A brochure is included in the new employee packet.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP provides you and members of your household with confidential resources to address personal/work-related concerns. The EAP may also assist with legal/financial situations or help with work-life balance. EAP services are provided at no cost (to you and members of your household). You do not need to be enrolled in the State Group Health Insurance Program to take advantage of the EAP. EAP services are administered by FEI.

Well Wisconsin
Well Wisconsin, administered by StayWell, is the uniform wellness program offered as part of the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program. This program is voluntary and provided at no cost to you and your spouse if enrolled in the State Group Health Insurance Program. The program offers resources that can help you maintain or improve your current state of health and well-being and help you lower your health risk and health care costs. There is also a monetary incentive to employees enrolled in the State Group Health Insurance Program.
