A brief description of the institution’s assurance process:

As a preliminary step, all reported data was reviewed by a student workers in the UWRF Office of Sustainability using the Review Template. In addition to verifying that content meets required criteria, students also checked spelling, grammar, and hyperlinks. These students supported some parts of the data collection, but specifically reviewed sections they did not help with the data collection for. A few of the students did not help with any data collection at all so they were independent even though they work in the Office of Sustainability. Additionally, a faculty member helped review all of the academic sections although she was involved in some of the data collection. To provide additional assurance, a student who did not help collect data reviewed all academic sections.

The report was then shared with six staff from five peer institutions in Wisconsin. Between the six individuals, all sections of the report were externally reviewed.
