Major projects administered through the State of Wisconsin, Department of Administration, Division of Facilities Development, require contractors to follow a Construction Waste Management Plan, with specific waste diversion goals of 50% or greater. Contractors must submit waste management plans before construction starts, monthly progress reports and a final report through the State's WasteCap TRACE on line reporting website.
