A brief description of how the literacy assessment was developed and/or when it was adopted:
This sustainability literacy assessment was created for an Honor's 190 course on campus where sustainability is one of the five core competencies. The survey was fist completed in Fall 2017 as a pilot project in one course. It is anticipated that all sections of the course will complete the assessment at the beginning and end of each semester in 2018. It has also been shared with other faculty who may look to incorporate it into their courses in the future.

Because the assessment has only occurred for a one semester as a pilot project, there are no measurable changes at this time. Expanding the assessment out to more courses will hopefully demonstrate an increased overall sustainability literacy among our students over time.
