The lowest paid staff receive an hourly wage of $11.52/hour for a total of $23,961.60 annual income. The Chancellor receives an annual salary of $220,000 which is a 1:10.9 ratio. UWRF also continues to pursue ways to increase the salary of our lowest paid staff which would change this ratio. A proposal was created in 2016 which will go through the budget process in 2017.
