The meetings, orientation, and workshops change every year. The 2013 Opening Week workshop that particularly pertains to sustainability is described as follows: Developing a Good Department Climate Workshop, Presented by Andriel Dees and Ashley Olson. Climate and conflict are things that we all encounter and impact our day to day lives in pervasive ways, either positively or negatively.
