A brief description of the program:
UWRF houses a surplus department and office supplies and provides those for use by other departments. Once each year a sale is provided to campus and the wider community comprising all collected items. Departments have an opportunity to purchase those items before the general public.

We also hold public sales one day per month. For larger ticket and specialty items we utilize an on line auction company.
Some items that have no value to the campus and have not sold for several public sales are donated to local nonprofit organizations.
