Students - UW-Platteville students have 24/7 access to heath and counselling services (which include stress reduction and wellness programming), and regular access to the Pioneer Activity Center (campus gym) which includes free wellness classes.

Employees- All employees have 24/7 access to counselling and wellness services through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Those with more than 54% positions have additional access to wellness programming through their health insurance benefits which offers cash incentives for wellness participation. All staff have access to the Pioneer Activity Center (campus gym) which includes discounted wellness classes.
