Part 1. Greenhouse gas emissions inventory
Yes
A copy of the most recent GHG emissions inventory:
A brief description of the methodology and/or tool used to complete the GHG emissions inventory:
A student collected data from relevant information keepers across campus and entered into the used basic level SIMAP (Sustainability Indicator Management & Analysis Platform). https://unhsimap.org
All communication was kept on our shared drive: S:\WGroups\Sustainability\B. Data and Reporting\Campus Reporting\Greenhouse Gas Reporting\2019

Has the GHG emissions inventory been validated internally by personnel who are independent of the GHG accounting and reporting process and/or verified by an independent, external third party?:
Yes
A brief description of the GHG inventory verification process:
A student compiled all of the Scope 1 & 2 data and entered it into the SIMAP Tracking System. Two staff personnel then independently reviewed all the data sources, raw data calculations, and data entry to assure that our numbers are accurate.
Documentation to support the GHG inventory verification process:

A brief description of how the institution accounted for its Scope 3 emissions:
We tracked commuter, paper purchasing, solid waste (landfill), and wastewater on our 2018-19 greenhouse gas reporting. "Other Sources" is our transmission and distribution losses.

A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:
Reporting requirements for our Heating Plant requires fuel consumption numbers to be submitted to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources to generate a Quarterly Fuel Sampling Analysis Report. This report includes the following variables: Coal (tons/month), Ash (%), Sulfur (%), Heat (Btu/lb), SO2 (lbs/mmBtu), Fuel Oil (gallons), and Fuel Oil Sulfur (%).
