Recyclemania
A brief description of the campaign:
This campaign is directed at all of campus, both staff and students. FY19 marked our tenth year of participation in this 8-week inter-college recycling competition. Each year we promote recycling leading up to and during this 8-week period with posters, articles in the paper, organized events, and competitions.
A brief description of the measured positive impact(s) of the campaign:
We track our landfill to recycling ratio during the entire 8 weeks of this event. We saw our recycling rate increase from 39% in 2011 (the first year where all of campus participated) up to 45% in FY19.
