A brief description of the methodology the institution followed to complete the research inventory:
We obtained a copy of the campus research inventory from our Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (2014-2015) and highlighted any person who appeared to be doing research related to sustainability. We then looked up the website, CV, or articles on each of these individuals to verify whether their research truly met the definition of "Sustainability Research."

A brief description of notable accomplishments during the previous three years by faculty and/or staff engaged in sustainability research:
Notable recent research has include tree ring research by Dr. Evan Larson that has helped identify climate trends, water demand research as related to climate change by Dr. Austin Polebitski, and Dr. Tim Zauche's research on manure based solids produced by biodigesters.
